Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and bp8 ("bp8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bp8 website available at https://bp8.cam and all associated products, services, features, applications and content offered by bp8 (collectively, "the Services").

bp8 operates as a crypto-casino and sports betting entertainment platform serving adult users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. All bp8 Services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 21 years and above. Persons below the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering or using any part of the bp8 platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, placing any bet or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bp8 Services.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means a registered member account created on the bp8 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet allocations or reward-programme credits added to an Account that are subject to wagering or other release conditions.
• "Fiat Payment Methods" means Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) transfer methods including but not limited to DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay.
• "Crypto Payment Methods" means digital-asset deposit and withdrawal channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and Litecoin (LTC).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and payment-ownership verification required under bp8 account management procedures.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum eligible betting volume that must be completed before Bonus Funds or related winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means the full suite of casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, payment processing, loyalty programmes and related features operated by bp8.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which accessing or using online gambling Services is unlawful or restricted by applicable law.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit funds or use any bp8 Service. bp8 enforces this minimum age requirement strictly. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person below the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, returned to the deposit source.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that your use of bp8 Services is not prohibited by any laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location. bp8 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or permissible in your specific jurisdiction.

3.3 Single-account rule

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bp8 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and exclusion from promotions. If you believe a second account has been created in error, contact bp8 support immediately.

3.4 Accuracy of information

You agree to provide true, complete and current information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. bp8 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time and to suspend access if verification cannot be completed.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration process

To access the full range of bp8 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal details, creating login credentials and accepting these Terms. bp8 may request additional documentation at any stage to complete KYC verification.

4.2 Account security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time security codes with any third party. bp8 will never ask you for your full password via chat, email or telephone.

You must notify bp8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bp8 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.3 KYC verification

bp8 may require you to provide valid identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) and evidence of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or increasing account limits. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted payment methods

bp8 supports a range of Fiat Payment Methods and Crypto Payment Methods as detailed on the platform. Supported channels include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and Litecoin (LTC). Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment source owned by and registered to the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the relevant deposit page at the time of the transaction. Crypto deposit amounts are expressed in MYR-equivalent terms based on indicative exchange rates and may vary at the time of settlement.

5.3 Withdrawal process

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements, and confirmation that the Account is in good standing. Eligible e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Malaysian bank transfer timelines depend on receiving bank processing schedules and may take longer.

5.4 Currency and fees

bp8 displays balances and processes transactions in MYR for Fiat Payment Methods. For Crypto Payment Methods, approximate MYR-equivalent values are displayed for reference only. bp8 does not warrant the accuracy of indicative exchange rates and accepts no liability for exchange-rate fluctuations. Third-party payment providers may charge their own fees which bp8 does not control.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General bonus terms

All bonuses, promotional credits and loyalty rewards issued by bp8 are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, Wagering Requirements, eligible games restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Specific conditions for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page.

6.2 Wagering requirements

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times across eligible games before any related winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Progress toward Wagering Requirements may vary by game type — for example, contributions from slots may differ from contributions from live dealer or sports markets.

6.3 Bonus abuse

bp8 actively monitors accounts for irregular betting patterns, collusion, stake manipulation and any form of bonus abuse. Where abuse is identified, bp8 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel any related winnings and close the Account. This applies to attempts to exploit promotion conditions through coordinated low-risk wagering strategies.

6.4 Promotional changes

bp8 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable, not redeemable for cash (unless stated), and may not be combined unless expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General rules

All games, bets and wagers placed through the bp8 platform are subject to the specific rules of each game or market as published on the platform. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules and that all outcomes are final once a round or event has concluded.

7.2 Errors and malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or erroneous odds display, bp8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to member accounts. bp8 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or under system error conditions.

7.3 Sports betting

Sports betting markets — including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC and other competitions) — are governed by the specific rules for each market type, including Asian Handicap, Over-Under and outright markets. Settlement is based on official results from recognised governing bodies. Where results are disputed or delayed, bp8 will suspend settlement until official confirmation is available.

7.4 Live casino

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical events (cards dealt, wheel spins) managed by professional studio dealers. bp8 is not responsible for connectivity interruptions on the member's side during live sessions. Disconnection during an active hand or spin does not automatically void the round.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bp8 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party personal or payment information.
• Using software bots, automated betting scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs or pricing errors.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or coordinated manipulation of any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or unlawful sources.
• Registering multiple accounts individually or through proxies.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any form of financial crime through the bp8 platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing bp8 staff or other members.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Responsible Gambling

bp8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and must never be treated as a method to generate income or recover financial losses. bp8 provides the following self-management tools to all registered members:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through account settings.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of elapsed play time.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a formal self-exclusion by contacting bp8 support. Self-exclusion periods are applied promptly and cannot be reversed before the agreed end date.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bp8 platform — including but not limited to the bp8 brand name, logo, software, design, graphics, text, audiovisual materials and data structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of bp8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any bp8 content without express prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bp8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bp8 Services, even if bp8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bp8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services and accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform maintenance, technical faults, third-party service interruptions or events outside bp8's reasonable control.

Your use of the bp8 Services is at your own risk. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and bp8 provides no assurance of financial gain. All decisions to deposit and wager are made by you voluntarily and with full awareness of the risk involved.

Account Termination

12.1 Termination by bp8

bp8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time if bp8 reasonably believes that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if regulatory or legal obligations require bp8 to do so. In cases of material breach, bp8 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and related winnings while returning unencumbered real-money balances to the verified account holder.

12.2 Voluntary account closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bp8 support at [email protected]. Before closure, all applicable Wagering Requirements must be completed or Bonus Funds will be removed. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed to your verified payment method within a reasonable period following the closure request.

12.3 Survival of provisions

Termination of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination, nor does it affect any provision of these Terms that is expressly or by implication intended to remain in force after termination.

Amendments to These Terms

bp8 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to the registered address. It is your responsibility to review updated Terms before continuing to use the Services.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the bp8 Services and may request account closure. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. bp8 aims to resolve any member complaints through its internal support process in the first instance.
